By Lerato Serero BOIPATONG. - A suspect is on the run after allegedly stabbing a woman twelve times in Boipatong recently. It is alleged that the two were at a tavern when they quarrelled about something and that when the victim went out to go to the toilet, the suspect followed her and allegedly stabbed her twelve times before he was seen by a tavern worker. According to witnesses, the tavern owner then took the woman to hospital where she then died. Boipatong police are looking for Elias" Maeli" Motiloe who can help with this investigation. He is said to be roaming between the townships of Sharpeville and Boipatong. Police spokesperson Inspector Aubrey Moopeloa says that members of the community should not confront Motiloe and rather contact the police. "Boipatong police are investigating a case of murder and the suspect is known and will be caught soon," Moopeloa concludes.
